"Pros: Cheapest in town. Felt "Safe". Bed comfortable, bathroom was in excellent condition. Cons: We did have a frustrating experience. We decided to rebook for a 3rd Night, extending our our original 2 night stay. The Owner/Mgr came to the room, and insisted that we give him $20 or we vacate the room and come back at Check In time. I made my way to the office, and we did get it sorted out without having to pay nor vacate. It just seemed really strange that it came to that level....

"The place had a broken window out front and at the office making my family think they were not safe outside . Then the room was absolutely filty, we couldn't get a single outlet to work so our phones stayed dead and when we asked for a late check out the staff was very rude and disrespectful saying be out or pay a late fee..."

"House is beautiful. Beds are comfortable. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. I was pleasantly surprised the third bedroom his a full and twin so all 3 children could sleep in the same room. My only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer!"

"Very nice property. Appears to be new build. Had pretty much everything we needed (maybe a little short on toilet paper, wash cloths and hand towels?). TV options were great except I couldn’t find a way to access local stations. Had some difficulty finding the house because the map on the website took us to 300 Elliot. "

"Although I was emailed the wrong code for entry the day before and waited patiently for a response when we arrived, overall, we had a nice stay at the little cottage while visiting my dad. I’d definitely stay again and recommend to anyone visiting near downtown Tupelo. We also visited Elvis house, church and museum literally down the street. "
