One star out of ten
There were to many issues with hotel. The hotel door could not close without me lefting up on the door and slamming it. The bathroom door was extremely hard to close. The water pressure was not good. I asked the front desk staff for a chair, and I was told that because it maybe a fire hazard. I saw several rooms that had chairs in it. When i brought it up to the front desk, he acted surprised. The restaurant in the hotel had terrible customer service. The food was cold, and one of the servers was rude. So rude we walked to Ihop and got some great customer service.

A little shabby, but I would probably stay again.
The cleanliness of this hotel was below my usual standard. Three of the four pillows looked as if they hadn't been washed, with some obvious stains on the pillowcases. The carpet in the room that surrounds the bed was torn in one corner, as if a dog had chewed it up during a previous visit. In all, the room was just a little bit shabby.

Rooms and staff were very good. Could hear heavy walker above us at times unfortunately, but nothing terrible. Overall happy with the room, etc. at the price point. Would consider for future.

We got 2 queen beds and 1 of them was broken. I told the attendant and all she said sorry about that. Unfortunately she didn’t offer to give us a credit or anything. It was very uncomfortable night. The attendant had very limited English. I don’t know if she didn’t understand me.

The staff is excellent! Vijay was extremely attentive and helpful. The entire staff was extremely friendly, courteous, personable. I had family needing a place to stay while traveling on the road. Vijay went above and beyond to help me book them a hotel in a city 2 hours away. The shuttle service is more than just to the airport and back, they give rides to restaurants and WalMart, family’s house etc. within a radius of the hotel. Top Notch!!!
