The only complaint I had was the jacuzzi tub did not work. The staff were very kind and helpful when we had to interact with them. Clean towels were brought to us everyday. The property was very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

The room was spacious, bathroom was big but not enough place to hang towels. Having 4beds was perfect for family. Washer was free and only had to pay for dryer, that was helpful. Downside was no elevator, to get to room you had to go down steep stairs. There was fridge but no microwave, it was at hallway. It was old building but nicely renovated.

We went during the off season in winter., (and basically one of a few guests in the entire place), so it was quiet. Not sure how it will be if the place had more occupancy. The facility and room was clean; although it was very plain for the common areas... had an outdated feel to it... but it was all clean. The dryers don't work (we ran them for 30min and our clothes were still wet)...but the washing machines were fine. We didn't interact too much with staff, but when we did, it was pleasant every time. For the cost, I can't complain. Many places in driving distance to eat; and seemed like regular neighborhoods all around hotel.

家族連れにとても優しいホテルでした。 スタンダードルームでしたが、眠るだけだったので広さも十分すぎるほどでした。 最終日にキッズルームを利用しましたが、チェックアウトギリギリの2時間以上遊んでいました。チェックアウトする頃には帰りたくないと大号泣されたので、楽しすぎて困りました(笑) 洗面、脱衣室とトイレが同じ空間で、施錠も出来ないのは不便を感じました。 いくら家族とはいえ、用を足している前で着替えをされるのもするのも気が引けます。

前回とても良かったので2度目の宿泊です。 今回は、前回より部屋も狭く、駐車場から直接部屋に入る扉の鍵が使えなく、ベランダも無い部屋でした。そこが少し残念でしたが、スタッフの方々は感じが良いです。 洗濯機も使えて、フリードリンクも付いていて とてもいいです 歩いてはどこにも行けないですが、車で10分くらいでキングタコスもあるし、スーパーも、コンビニもあるので便利です イオンモールも近いです また、沖縄へ行く時は利用させてもらいたいです

フルーツをカットしたくて従業員の方に相談したら、ナイフとまな板・フォークを貸して下さいました。 おかげで、沖縄で買ったフルーツが食べれてよかったです。 バルコニーも広く、夜は綺麗な星が見えました。 部屋から直接駐車場にアクセスできる構造も素晴らしく、悪天候にも左右されることなく荷物を乗せることができました。こういう造りのホテルは初めてだったのですが、とても便利で感動しました。 2日間、ありがとうございました。
