"Perfect location for attending guneral at Hope and Sons less than a block away. The area is very familiar to me as I walked down Bayview Rd to Queens for 4years. The convenience of Bays Junction BP for a decent coffee,Woolworths for a snack, a brief walk for a lovely breakfast at Nicholls garden centre and easy access to bus routes."

"The bathroom sliding door couldn’t be closed, you could see marks all down it where people had tried to force it to move. The shower was cold unless turned to the highest setting where it would change in and out from warm and boiling water."
