"This is honestly the best simple hotel I have ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, everything was easy and comfortable. We drove onto the property and immediately had free parking available. Breakfast was included, which was a huge plus. The hotel was very quiet, calm, and peaceful, with not too many people around. The room was extremely cozy and had everything we needed. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the shower was good, and all the basic bathroom amenities were provided. The room also had a full kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and everything necessary to feel at home. Everything worked well, including the Wi-Fi. We also asked if we could check out at 12:00 PM instead of the regular time, and the staff gave us that option for free without any problem. The staff was very friendly, kind, and helpful. The hotel also has a gym, a hot tub, and a pool. Near the pool area, there is a covered space where you can leave your things. When it started raining, we placed our belongings under the covered area and still enjoyed swimming in the rain, which was a great experience. The whole property feels very clean, cozy, beautiful, and well organized. Nothing feels unnecessary or overdone. Everything is simple, practical, and exactly what you need. The breakfast was excellent. It was full, unlimited, fresh, and very tasty. There was a good variety of food, and everything tasted fresh and high quality. It had everything we needed."

"I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay and to request a partial refund due to a significant issue that affected our experience. During almost our entire stay, we were not provided with working room keys. Every time we needed to enter our room, we had to go to the front desk and ask a staff member to unlock the door. This was inconvenient and time-consuming, especially when we had to wait 10–15 minutes for assistance or return to the front desk because no one arrived to open the room. We finally received room keys at approximately 11:00 PM on the night before our departure, and only after we repeatedly contacted staff regarding the issue. Had we not continued following up, it appears we would not have received keys at all during our stay. Access to a guest room is a basic service that should be provided from check-in. Unfortunately, the lack of room keys throughout nearly our entire stay caused unnecessary inconvenience and negatively impacted our experience. Because we did not receive the level of service reasonably expected and advertised, I respectfully request a partial refund for the inconvenience caused. Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to your response."

"The Hotel itself is non- smoking, but the attached casino is not. Every surface is permeated by cigarette smoke, including the hotel room itself, as you have to wade through chain smoking geriatrics tethered to electronic slots to do anything, so it stands to reason that the smoke smell is gonna stick with you a bit. My throat hurts from breathing it, even for a few hours. You have to wade through it to get to the non smoking section, which still reeks of smoke. The room was comfortable, the prime rib sub par, and if you’re into video gambling, they have plenty of games to separate you from your cash. Save your money and go to a non smoking casino."
