"Very good hotel friendly and helpful staff Especially Ranya"

"سهوله الموقع وفخامة المكان ومطعم بموصفات عالمية وفريق عمل جيد"

"Hotel was in a good location, you can walk to the old Medina and Casa Port Station. Lots of restaurants and shops in the area. It is in a dense area so do not look for any views even if there is balcony, but that did not matter. Rooms are definitely clean and updated. Breakfast was good, but would have preferred food to be warm, most items were cold. Overall a decent option to stay."
