The customer service was the absolute best I have ever been treated to. Professional and yet personal in all aspects from the Valet parking attendant to the front desk and the bar and lounge. "Liked the location. Plenty of things to do within walking distance. Parking is limited. After getting parked, we chose to walk or use a shuttle the duration of our stay. The concierge, Mary, did an awesome job lining up experiences and answering questions to help us get the most out of out time in Savannah. Thanks Mary!!"
