"Great location and wonderful staff"
Nest Hotel Hakata Station
10/10 Excellent
"Amazing location, close to everything. Breakfast was ok. My only complaint would be insufficient washing machines. There were only 2, and we had to wait really long for the next available"
KOKO HOTEL Premier Hakata

"Proximity to Hakata station which had everything. Only concern was the inadequate laundry facilities."
RIHGA Royal Hotel Kokura

THE BASICS FUKUOKA
8/10 Good
"Our second time staying here. Is about 10mins stroll from Hakata station. There are a few convenient shops along the way. The place is quiet. We arrived early as our flight touches down in the morning. We were happily greeted by Miss Soyoka. She welcomed us warmly and hearing that we are check-in, she asked for our passport to check on our reservation. We understand we were early as check-in time is 3pm. Nonetheless, Miss Soyoka proactively help us in all ways she could to make us settled in. We placed our luggage at the luggage holding area and left the hotel, returning later to complete our check-in. On the second day, I met Miss Soyoka and have a little chat with her. Also expressing my Thankfulness for her service. I found out she is new. However, her service felt so right and experience! The lady that helped us eventually did not present the same level of thoughtfulness and sensitivity. The hotel is good, otherwise, we would not have returned. Thank you Miss Soyoka."

"少し大きめの車を借りたのですが、機械式駐車場に入らず近くのコインパーキングに停めることになり不便でした。それ以外は特に問題ありませんでした。"

"Check out is 10am. Once you check out, you are not allowed to stay and sit in the lobby, or they will change you extra."
