"When we arrived, the staff did not seem to know of our booking and we had to show the confirmation email from hotels.com to evidence the booking. Then they showed us to three different rooms, the first two not being at all what we’d booked so we rejected them - the third was closest so by this point we just took the room. "The property was beautiful. We were not prepared for how difficult it was to get to the property. I think the listing should explain it is a very difficult car ride it is. That made our travel and events much more limited.
