"It really felt like I was living in Japan rather than living as a tourist!! The manager was sitting outside of the property and checked me in instantly. He also had an assistant who helped carried my heavy suitcase up the stairs. You are given a key for your apartment unit and are responsible for not losing it. I think the responsibility of keeping the key safe shows that my belongings are safe, no matter how long they sit in my room ☆ I also recommend speaking to the manager if you see him...

"The property was easy to find as it was just a short straightforward walk from the train station. The owner provided very detailed directions which were very helpful, along with nearby recommendations. There were a variety of shops nearby that covered all of my essentials, and having amenities such as a washing machine and a stove with cookware ensured that I could pack light and cook some of my own meals. I would highly recommend to any potentially guests "

"駒込駅から近く、コンビニや商店街もあり、いろいろ美味しい食べ物屋さんがまわりにありました。特に生パスタのお店（こば屋）は良かったです。借りたお部屋に関しては、Wi-Fiが早くて助かりました。しかし今回大人四人だったので、ベッド４つ分あったのは良かったのですが、リビングにあるソファがベッドになるタイプのほうはマットレスがやわらかすぎて腰を悪くしました。。。あと洗濯機を使ったのですが、中のごみを取るフィルターがめちゃくちゃ汚くて匂いもあり、使いたくなくなるほどでしたが、自分でどうにかきれいにして使いました。あと棚にあったグラスにひびが入っているものもありました。お風呂はすごいきれいというかんじではなかったです。風呂の椅子があったらもっとよかったです。全体的にはエレベーターも使えて場所的にも便利でしたし良かったです。"

"金額を確実に上回る2週間の快適なホテルライフでした。普通のホテルより広々としておりベッドも大きめでぐっすり休むことができました。 洗濯機、キッチン、フライパン、皿なども完備されて居るので住んでいる気分で滞在できました。駅からもすぐ近く周りにスーパー、百均、レストランも有ります。備品の追加もすぐに対応していただきました。難点としてはトイレや風呂のドアの開け締めに難点がある事とトイレが狭いことぐらいでした。"

"Great, well appointed apartment in the Komagome neighborhood, which we loved exploring with plenty of great food options within a couple of blocks. VERY easy access to the JY line to get anywhere in the Tokyo region. The washer was super convenient to use given we were traveling with toddlers who constantly had dirty clothes. We'll be back!"

"We are a family of 4 (two adults, one teenager, one child) and stayed at the unit for about a week. The location is outstanding: Otsuka is a nice and quiet neighbourhood, with a convenience store right at the corner, restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and less than 10mn walk from the JR station. The unit itself is clean and is equipped with everything you'll need, but it's tiny, even for Tokyo standard, no thanks to the two beds in the living area. "This was the first place we stayed on our first visit to Japan. It's about 5 mins from the Komagome station which is part of the JR line. Checkin process was quick an painless (on your phone or on the tablet at the rental - in English or Japanese). The place was clean, and we enjoyed have coffee on the balcony and overlooked the nice town."
