"This property is not what I was expecting. Once you get your ride from the port / airport, you get dropped off at the post office and walk from there. You walk through the caldera going up and down narrow lane ways and steep stairs. The experience is definitely authentic! It was the most unique place I’ve ever stayed at. Views are incredible. Staff is great and very helpful. Very expensive (as expected for the area) but the drinks and food are actually cheaper if you stay at the hotel...

"I have to say our stay at this property was amazing. We called the facility a day before our arrival and spoke with the manager Yola, who was amazing. She arranged for our transfer from the port to the hotel, she arrange for a luggage porter (which is a necessity due to amount of stair), and she booked us on an amazing boat tour. "

The view from the terrace was stunning and the hot tub was lovely and warm and was a great place to relax whilst taking in the views. "We stayed for a couple nights. The hotel is well located and the bus station is pretty near. The pool looks different from the images (advertising with night photos?). My biggest concern goes to the bedding. They really need to change the covers wall the stuff. "
