The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

In it's current state this suite should not be rented. We arrived to find no parking except in an alley where people leaving the bar next door could hit our cars. There were multiple cigarette butts in an ashtray on the deck. An incredibly loud AC unit was on in the living area that could not cool the bedrooms. The windows will not open so get fresh/cooler air. The toilet did not work properly from the time we got there then overflowed. After investigating we found out a local whitewater company owned the suite. We called them since the rental company had not done anything when we called. Other things- the TV does not work. No cell phone service. No wifi. The vent fan on the stove did not work. We left a day early. Oh, a laundry in underneath and makes the entire suite shake and vibrate which was amusing, until it happened after 9 at night.
