It’s a two minute walk from the beach so you don’t have to pay for beach parking. It’s very close to Public Beach Access Point #2 so you’re away from the big crowds near the end of Mile Road and there’s plenty of room. The condo is fantastic. Exactly as pictured and described. "The house was very clean and had almost everything you need! There is a small living/dining room with a coffee table, a dining table and some chairs and a sleeper sofa. Kitchen is small but everything worked well. We liked the clean bathroom and shower. There are three beds in the bedroom. I wish there were a washer and a dryer. The best thing was that the house was so close to the beach! Richard was always very responsive and replied to my email promptly. Looking forward to coming back...
