"My friends and I, total of 5, spent two nights at Peter’s place. Communication with Peter was excellent from the moment we booked. Check in was easy and the place was clean and cozy. The best was the location. We were within walking distance to everything, including the beach. I highly recommend this place and would book again. "

"We loved staying here! I wasn’t super familiar about the area, but the descriptions don’t lie - location is AMAZING! Such an easy, pretty walk into the heart of the town and only a few more minutes down to the beach. Everything was wonderful from check in to check out when the host greeted us. We are looking forward to returning sometime soon."

"The only big issue was that the VRBO listing gave us the wrong address. It sent us to Scarborough instead of Saco. Luckily we were familiar with the area and I knew that Saco was close to Old Orchard Beach, which was mentioned in the listing, so I did a google map search of the same address in Saco and it looked like the pictures. My elderly parents were relieved that we didn’t get scammed. Lol. The place was clean and large and easy to get on the highway. It’s 2 and a half baths, not 3 full...

"Washington's Rye House was delightful. The home is well-maintained and is in an excellent location near Wallis Sands Beach. Beautiful mid-century decor with a modern kitchen. Portsmouth is a short drive. Loved our time in Rye."

"I booked this place a week ago for my graduation in Manchester New Hampshire. John the host, was very accommodating and great with communication ensuring everything ran smoothly during our stay! This place was in IMMACULATE condition. My family and I were very impressed and would definitely book again for another stay. Highly recommend 10/10 if you are looking for a getaway and you are traveling with children or a larger group. "

"The house was perfect for our 4 family members in town for a high school graduation.The house is immaculate and beautifully decorated. The garage was a nice bonus on the rainy days. We appreciated the attention to detail and the convenient location."

"We had a blast staying at Laura’s place in Saco! It was such a gorgeous Victorian house and close to great restaurants, breweries and more! We took the quick drive to Old orchard beach for a little while as well. We had plenty of room for our group and loved the pool table and game room. Laura was an excellent host with quick responses if need. Had a seamless check in and out experience and an overall fantastic time! "
