"We loved this hotel so much. The beach club area was perfection. I wish we could’ve stayed longer. The service in every area of the hotel was excellent and welcoming. The food at the restaurant was delicious and again the service superb. We particularly loved our waiter Daniel. Breakfast was also delicious with lots of options and great coffee. Yes we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you so much"

"I have stayed at many top hotels before however Bristol Palace Hotel was far one of my top three ever. First, their staff are patient and positive. We had a seamless check-in after an 8 hour flight plus 3 hour train ride there. Secondly, the rooms are delightful, elegant and charming with all you need. Last but not least, the location is unbeatable. Bonus, the breakfast buffet is delicious and truly an Italian fairytale! I highly recommend and will come back. Thank you so much Hotel Bristol Palace! "Over all really good, some of the cleaning staff didn’t speak English but google translate came in handy. The front main doors get locked late at night but someone is always at reception to let you in. Felt very safe "

"Property was ideal, central to all the beautiful sites of Portofino. Everything was there that we needed. We even had a small balcony overlooking a side street, which was v pleasant at the end of the evening. Breakfast buffet was lovely and how fantastic to look out over the square snd the water. Staff were charming throughout, so helpful. Good value. "

"Nice hotel near Genova central station, good options for restaurants and cafes. Breakfast is very good, good options, elevator is available, although very small but it does what is needed. Room is ok, shower box is very small. Hotel staff is nice."
