"We enjoyed the peacefulness and seclusion of the house out in the country. It was a short drive over to Starved Rock and we even made a drive into a grocery store in LaSalle which was about 20 min away. We had a hard time getting the lock to open when getting in and with the heat but the owner was very quick to respond and resolve issues. He was kind and was understanding to our needs. Know that if you’re bringing children there’s only one bedroom with a door; the other is just partitioned off...

"The inside of the house has been remodeled and done very nicely. Perfect place for 2 couples looking to spend time at Starved Rock Park. The only negative I can have on this property is, they advertised that there is WIFI and when I asked to get the password, I never heard from the owner again. Otherwise great experience."
