This studio is located in a charming, intimate holiday complex on the shores of Lake Maggiore. The complex comprises 15 modern apartments with beautiful lake views, making it an ideal destination for a relaxing family holiday.

Guests can enjoy access to a beautiful private beach, complete with parasols and sun loungers. The romantic terrace offers stunning panoramic views of Lake Maggiore and the surrounding mountains. It is part of a restaurant and bar, open from April to September, where guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, or simply unwind with a drink while admiring the scenery.

A range of leisure activities is available, with motorboats, water scooters, canoes, pedal boats, and bicycles available for hire directly at the complex. Open throughout the year, the holiday complex also features a solarium and private parking, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.

It has a kitchenette equipped with induction hobs, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, American coffee machine, a wardrobe room and private bathroom with shower.
Outside, there is a summer dining area, covered and equipped with table, garden chairs and umbrella.

The holiday site is ideally positioned between the heart of the Alps (Rosa Berg) and the beautiful Lake Maggiore. Numerous walks and mountain bike tours can be made right from the site, like to the Val Grande Park which is only 20 minutes away. The park is a mix of valleys and woods; a unique opportunity to experience a scenery of more than a thousand years old. Besides, nature reserves as Fondotoce, Sacri Monti di Ghiffa, Orta and Domodossia are easily reached from the residence. Other things to do are surfing, swimming, diving, canoe and sailing. You can also rent a motorboat and pay a visit to the wonderful gardens and picturesque fisherman houses at the Borromee Islands. For instance: the Palazzo Borromeo on the island of Bella. The Lake Maggiore is also famous because of its infinite gardens of 16th and 17th century villa’s, like Villa Taranto in Verbania. This is home to the largest botanical garden, containing rare plants, in Europe. Special tour guides are available at the reception of the holiday site.
