"We rented this house during a dance competition that was being held at a local high school. The competition was about 15 minutes away so this location fit perfectly. Upon checking into the house, we were very surprised at the amount of steps to get to the house and that that was not listed initial listing. "Great property near all the cool things around Lake Hopatcong and super close to Sparta and Lake Mohawk. Our daughter has a home nearby but not big enough to host 10 family members. We used this property as home base and so glad we did. Spacious living and dining rooms, great kitchen with all the amenities, nice sized bedrooms - what more to ask for. Oh did I mention that it is on the water!!! We will be back in the summer! Thanks Tony (property manager) for all you did."

"Fishing/Lake: There is absolutely no access to the lake, including the community beach. No swimming. No fishing. Such details must be in the property's details in caps. Fishing or swimming is not allowed. Water: Smelly brown water in the house. You can’t drink it or cook with it or even take a shower. It is disguising. No heads-up about the water issue. Kitchen: The smell of dirty dishes welcomed us. It looks like the previous renters left them there. Only 4 forks and 1 knife in the house....

"Really great place for an overnight trip to Mountain Creek. Plenty of space for 2 adults, great location and access to the amenities after a long day month slopes was a total bonus. Great communication, easy access and parking. "

"House was as described and property group was good at communicating. Beatiful lake views and a small park nearby. The house only has queen beds, there is no king in the master as decribed in the pic and the septic system backed up into our shower during the stay."
