Good size but multilevel can be bit annoying if group not mobile as third level no bathroom access. Gate became inoperable during stay requiring walk around block to access. Parking in garage tight but convenient although having more than one car requires street parking. Overall older and tired property but good value and location if not spending time in unit and doing things very functional "
