After commenting in my previous stay about problems with off-site laundry service, it seems to have improved. "

I didn’t expect to be this impressed—especially since that same month I had already stayed in three different hotels across three countries: Port Harcourt (Nigeria), Doha (Qatar), and Singapore. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare. Even down to the little details—like Ferragamo body lotion, shampoo, and body wash—it felt like luxury in places I didn’t expect. Kempinski didn’t just meet expectations; it set a new bar. I’ll definitely be returning to Ghana, and when I do, Kempinski will be my first stop"
