Absolutely adore Kappa no Yado, and I still daydream of being in Togatta. 10/10 an absolutely beautiful experience. Every staff member was kind, helpful and thoughtful throughout our honeymoon. The grounds have a heartbeat, with hot spring water flowing through the town, bubbling forth rich life. The sounds of bear bells jingling in the street. The glow of modern Japan meets rural Japan in small notable ways.

Incredible experience at Suzukiya Ryokan! Staff is incredible! They speak some English and you can communicate perfectly fine with all of them. They are so incredibly kind and welcoming!
