"Easy check in & check out didn’t have to speak to any staff was super easy. The room was gorgeous and the speakers in the room really made the experience even more fun, felt like a safe area and I booked it for my partner and he absolutely loved it! The queen beds were super comfy and I loved that you could control everything including the blinds opening with an iPad. I couldn’t fault this hotel! I would defo recommend this hotel & would 100% go back."

"From check in to check out, our experience at Anantara was so positive! We arrived to AMS super early, and we got so lucky they accommodated us and had a room ready! We took advantage of their amazing buffet breakfast. This is NOT to be missed! It’s a great way to start your day, the have literally everything and do a wonderful job replenishing and keeping spaces nice and orderly, all their staff are wonderful. Rooms were very nice size, with daily stocked water and amenities. Every single employee we passed or interacted with were so friendly and helpful. The lobby and on site restaurant and bar were beautiful. The location is extremely central to all public transport and main zones you’d want to explore. While we didn’t LOVE Dan Square because it felt very touristy, I’d avoid any restaurants right outside of hotel!!! However there was a grocery store steps away, we loved our evening treats from Rene’s right down the bloc and there were plenty of late night snack options! Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel. "

"Not the best of starts. First room given was very bad - heating didn't work, room was old and tatty. A complaint to the management was handled very well however with both managers dealing with the situation to the highest standard. We were given a new room (which was a lot more modern), and given complimentary breakfast for the rest of our stay. Mistakes happen, but staff fixed it."

The food was magnificent. Absolutely recommended dining at Selvar restaurant. Excellent connection to city centre utilising Metro. 20 euros for two 24 hrs multiple use metro tickets. A great hotel and peaceful after the hussle and bussle of Amsterdam. "
