I arrived on Sunday, September 29. Neither my reservation with Expedia nor the hotel's site mentioned that the hotel front desk as well as the hotel is closed on Sunday. Luckily I received an email from the hotel a few days before my arrival that advised me of this and the fact that I had to access the key for my room at a lock box at the front door of the hotel using a code sent in the email and thus I was able to let myself into the hotel and my room. Extremely recommendable hotel. By any standard, this hotel is excellent. I was specially impressed with the room quality and size. All new, high quality in-room amenities worthy of a 5 star hotel world wide. Of course, cleanliness is perfect. Service is ok for a small hotel and no complains. Breakfast is very good. Excellent location, amazing services and friendly staff

I was surprised that there is no staff for check in. Everything is electronic. This was a totally new concept but I managed after a few minutes. The room was very clean and all basic needs were met.

Modern rooms wit AC, which was great as it was very warm. Small, friendly hotel with helpful staff.

Arrived late and took a taxi to the hotel from the central station, although it turns out that most trams seem to go to a stop at Hauptplatz very close to the hotel. The hotel is very pleasant with its lobby on the second floor (in the American sense). The hotel is architecturally an older building with character with an interior sort of court with balconies that access the rooms. My room was huge, although a little quirky in its layout, but that was charming and in no way negative....

Super clean. Nice room with all amenities needed but I didn’t see a human being the whole time I was there. Checked in automatically and easily and left before anyone arrived. All good though

Such a great location. If you're ever in the area, this is a place you need to stay. Nice rooms. Great breakfast and wonderful employees.
