"The hotel was a treasure to find! Clean, nice room with heated floors. The one downside was the t.v. Stations were limited. Few English speaking stations. Very close to the train station but without any noise. Convenient, just two stations away from the Frankfurt main train station. Will stay there again!"

"I arrived at the hotel around 13:30. The hotel door was closed. I called the hotel number. The hotel employee who answered the phone said they would open it at 17.00, being extremely rude and unsympathetic.
