"To start check-in was 3 pm. No person showed up at the office till 3:30pm. I finally get to my room. At first I noticed the burn marks on the kitchen counter. Then noticed the stains on the furniture. I went to use the toilet and the seat was broken and falling off. The next morning I woke up went to the toilet and several roaches were walking around on the floor. Absolutely disgusting. I was just there for one night traveling through on business and dealt with it. However if my wife was with me we would of had to leave a immediately!!"

"They kick us out of our room because we had young kids with us said we had more than four people they wanted me and my wife to be in separate rooms with our children we only had one night remaining and they kick us out because we would not book another room for the last night of a two day stay short notice booking due to or last accommodations being over book we had to book here not by choice but was only thing available at the time in our budget. Staff suck lack compassion and understanding kids are under 7 years old youngest 3 it was said we went to Marriott instead of staying there one more night."

"First, we were on the road three hours before we got a call saying that my room was going to be canceled when we got there. Our room just popped up so we weren’t left in the street when we got up to the room. The TV did not work. And the room was supposed to have a fold out couch. It had a small sitting couch, which was very uncomfortable."
