"A very nice place to stay. Yes, the driveway is 1-1/2 miles long. Just outside of town, far enough to only hear the occasional train horn. It was very relaxing sitting out on the deck and listening to the wind flow through the pine trees. Well equipped, comfortable place to stay. "

"This is our second year staying here. The kitchen is well outfitted which is good because we like to cook. There's plenty of space to spread out both inside and outside. There's a surprising number of things to do in Hot Springs. You do need to plan ahead though because things are closed on various days. The one time we needed to contact the host, they replied immediately. Highly recommend this house. "

"We had a great time and really enjoyed the property. It was big and had a great open floor plan. It had everything needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. The family had a great time, spent more than one day just hanging out and playing games. The host were very friendly and enjoyed talking to them, as this was our first time in South Dakota. "We did not realize how close we were to Wind Cave Park! We saw so much wildlife in that park and got stuck in a herd of buffalo crossing the road; it was amazing! The house had what we needed but nothing fancy. We were there over some very very hot days which did make cooling the loft and back bedroom a challenge in the evening but overall a good property for our needs.
