"Lovely chalet in a very quiet park with a mixture of tents, motor homes and chalets. Great location with regular buses to Leiden and Den Haag nearby, the only downside was that the reception staff were not the friendliest of people and seemed to take an age to complete the simplest of tasks, the chalet hosts were excellent and very helpful "

"It was a nice place to stay for a few days. As we arrived, a friendly man helped us to transport our luggage. He explained everything to watch out for. Unfortunately, the accommondation wasn't completely clean. There were many hairs from the previous tenant. We basically packed all groceries away properly. Nevertheless, ants got in. "I loved my stay at the Diamond Capsule Hotel. It's not really a capsule hotel in the Japanese sense, more a small sleeping area/working area with a magnificent bathroom. Loved the rainfall shower, the bed (best night's sleep I've had for ages), and a great and reasonably priced breakfast. The area is pretty far away from Amsterdam proper but there are trams, or you can easily walk it. Amstelven is a really quiet and safe area."
