"From the outside this hotel looks like all of the others but a local owner must be watching because the staff is so nice and helpful. The food for breakfast was a cut above. And guess what? Really a Sunday Seattle newspaper!! The bed was comfy and the air conditioning works. Good shower pressure!! STAY AT THIS PLACE."

"I was expecting a dumpy little motel. I was pleasantly surprised to find a clean, comfortable and well laid out room. There were two areas for the beds, one had a queen and the other 2 twins. There was a welcome gift. It had little touches that felt personalized and made for a pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend. "

"We had 2 rooms which they provided us adjoining rooms which was great for us and our daughter and Son-in-law and the grandkids. The property was well maintained and had lots of sweet Americana decor. Staff was professional and courteous. We will use again next time we go thru Ritzville!"
