Location is great, but you can do better

Very friendly staff. The room is what one would expect from a 3 star. Maintenance in the rooms would be quite helpful (fix those seams in the wallpaper!!!). In general, overpriced for the condition of the rooms.

Très bien, ville animée, resto et taxis pas chère, les piscines à arcadia ne st pas grandes, arcadia est une ville animée aussi à côté de la mer une ville pour les fêtards le soir mais je préfère odessa pour habiter dans un hôtel...je pense un séjour de 3 jours est suffisant.

Oreanda in Odessa

Oreanda is not a hotel; a floor in a block of flats is renovated and there are rooms for rent. The room was nicely renovated and the bathroom was good as well. One staff member spoke English, the two only Russian. Location is excellent, on the Deribasovskaya str in the very center. Not any hotel services available. There is a water kettle in the room but no coffee, no water available. For this price you could expect at least free water. No minibar, just an empty fridge. A small balcony without furniture.
