Очень тихая и уютная квартира, расположена в бывшем доходном доме М.Сигла (1880г памятник архитектуры) на 3 этаже.
Квартира находится в историческом центре города в 5 минутах ходьбы от Дерибасовской, Соборной площади, 20 мин к морю.
В квартире для наших гостей всегда:
- чистое, выглаженное, высококачественное постельное белье и махровые полотенца;
- ручки дверей, выключатели, пульты, поддон душевой кабины, унитаз, обрабатываются профессиональным медицинским антисептиком;
- полы моются специальными средствами;
- кофе, сахар, фильтрованая вода, гель для душа;
- для безопасности наших гостей видеонаблюдение в коридоре и при входе в квартиру;
- парадная на коде, вход во двор на кодовом замке;
- SMART ТВ, wi-fi бесплатный высокоскоростной;
- для вашего автомобиля охраняемая парковка через дорогу от дома, не охраняемая парковка под домом;
Квартира предназначена для комфортного проживания 2-х человек.
Мы заботимся о комфорте наших гостей и поэтому, мы не сдаем апартаменты для проведения различных мероприятий и не позволяем курить в наших апартаментах
