"The stay went well. The only complaint I have is if you have somebody staying in a room that day and it's in the summertime start the air conditioner in the morning for them or the night before. It took the whole night to cool off the room from 80° we were miserable and didn't want to go anywhere. Other than that everything was good."

Although the rose bushes are lovely at the top of railing of steps would recommend they be trimmed so that the rails can be used by guests who need them to assist with steps. "This is just the cutest Craftsman-style bungalow primely located in the Avondale area of Birmingham. The lovely Avondale city park is directly across the tree-lined street. You will love the floors, large kitchen, cozy front porch and ample-sized bedrooms. The dart board in the study is a fun addition. We walked to all of our Avondale destinations. Can't wait to return to the area and to stay at this property again."
