The rooms are spacious and had all the amenities inside and outside except parking which is not expected in the busy street of town centre. The staff was very cooperative and responded to all communication (verbal or online) immediately. "It's a great value, very clean and less than 3 minutes walk to the S-Bahn station that is 8 minutes riding from the main train station. The free parking on the property is great, along with the kitchen/common area. Has all the best features of a hostel, but with a hotel feel. Highly recommend."

"This is a gem of a hostel, you can't go wrong. We had a 6 bed room to ourselves and, while initially looking a little on the cramped side, it was no bother at all as we mainly spent our time out and about. Spotlessly clean, great en suite shower, firm mattresses (which I thought were great, but guess that's down to personal preference!) The hostel is a 25 min walk from the centre of Cologne (Dom & railway station etc) and located a few mins walk from the buzzing Belgian Quarter, but still...

"TERRIBLE ATTENTION! NO RESPECT! The place was ok. The bathroom is shared with the other room on the floor and is outside the room. I never received the e-mail with the instructions about the keys and how to get inside the building. I waited outside in the cold and the man who answered the call (He never showed. There's no reception) repeated over and over that I should read that e-mail with the instructions. First he told me he didn't speak English, so he only spoke German. I called him again...

"The rooms were a great size and had every amenity possible. Noise wasn't a problem being next to the train station. Bed was super comfortable and the staff were super helpful in storing our bags before check-in. Would recommend this to anyone thinking of staying here."

Good hotel, would recommend.
"Pleasant hotel, good location and it was clean and quiet. My room overlooked the courtyard out the back which was nice. The only 'bad' thing I could say would be that the room was quite warm, I had to put the air-con on at night and open the window during the day. I think the hotel must be very well insulated as the only radiator I could find was a very small one in the bathroom which wasn't even on! I took the duvet out of its cover as it was too hot. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment on that. The bed laptop table was useful as there wasn't a desk in the room. I recommend this hotel."
