"I found the Thermostat to be very confusing. I believe a small sign with a brief explanation on how it works and how to adjust it would be appropriate and very helpful. Maybe one of those QR codes that carries you to different languages to explain. I’m 65 years old and never seen anything like it. More options on something to eat other than just pizza in a little oven would be nice. Maybe some cold cut sandwiches."

"Cet hôtel spacieux, moderne et propre est bien tenu, en plus d'être agrémenté par une zone commune agréable au rez-de-chaussée. Il est situé à 800 mètres de la gare. Le centre historique de Heidelberg est situé à 3 km de cette même gare. Bien que l'hôtel soit un peu excentré, il est relié par autobus et tramway au centre. Le buffet déjeuner est très correct. Les lieux sont calmes et le personnel, aimable et attentionné. Somme toute, un excellent choix pour visiter Heidelberg."
