"The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. In particular, the valet staff were great. They were working hard and still managed a smile and welcoming attitude. Also, the bartenders in "By George" treated us very well while we enjoyed a cocktail and a meal."

It is also near the amazing Metro Diner if ever needed to grab dinner/breakfast. 24 hours of goodness. The staff are very kind and helpful. I wish I was able to stay longer to see a full glimpse of the hotel and all the services within it."

"The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. All of the staff was friendly and helpful, the front desk, cleaning staff and and valets. The hotel restaurant had good food. I didn't like having to switch elevator on the 2nd floor to get to the 3rd floor."

"The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating from valet parking to the front desk which I truly appreciated. However, the overall condition of the facility fell well below expectations. Only 1 of the 4 elevators was operational in a building exceeding 20 floors, creating significant inconvenience. The carpeting throughout had a strong, unpleasant odor. The room itself was outdated, with heavily worn furniture, noticeable gaps at the bottom of the door, and chipped and scratched paint. Additionally, persistent foul odors in the room made the stay uncomfortable."
