"Gorgeous and spacious room. Very inviting onsen area, even in the pouring rain. Nice touch that outfits are provided to walk to the onsen, and it was a long distance from my room. Expensive but delicious meal at the French restaurant. Breakfast was plentiful but they need more than one coffee machine; there was always a line of people waiting. The hotel has beautiful grounds and landscaping, with great views of the lake, which I saw only through windows, sadly, as it never stopped raining during my whole visit. :-("

You can trust that the Japanese representative will diligently work to resolve your issue. They will issue you an email with room number and password. However, they will give you an estimate time of 1-2 hours. Just speak slow and they will understand you."
