Our VRBO contacts were VERY GOOD about keeping in contact with us when we had a problem, and it did get resolved after a couple days. We also needed more kitchen and bath towels.(We stayed 5 days with 7 guests and had do go to Bubbles to do laundry) Only one kitchen towel was provided.
