The Dory: Canal Front Home in Oyster Creek

This Saturday turn day property is in the Oyster Creek area right before the third bridge. Watch boaters and kayakers go by while sitting on the back screened porch of this lovely home. A bonus amenity to this property is the two single person kayaks with life jackets. The convenient docking allows you quick access to Pamlico Sound. This Cape Cod style house is tastefully decorated, has hardwood floors, and Corian countertops. The master bedroom is located on the main floor with separate bathroom that has a separate tub and shower stall. The second and third bedrooms are upstairs and share a bathroom in the hallway that has a shower/tub combo. Your family can easily enjoy a great vacation away from home with all the open space. This property does not provide linens or towels, please inquire about rental options.

Allen/Franco Engagement Celebration

**Review:** The house was very well appointed and in an amazing location. Being within walking distance from our future in-laws' home made everything incredibly convenient. The online check-in process was perfect. However, the communication with the realty company over the phone was unacceptable, with poor customer service. The house could use a bit of attention in some areas. The master bathroom downstairs needs updating, and there should be a focus on spraying for ants and roaches. The refrigerator needs to be replaced, a filtered water system would be appreciated. Additionally, a longer hose would be useful for hosing off vehicles after the beach. A better vacuum cleaner would also be appreciated and a mop. On a positive note, the sink and spray head were amazing, dishwasher was really quiet and the dishes, pots, and pans were fantastic. Overall, the house was very well appointed, making for a pleasant stay despite a few minor issues.
