Pleasant stay in Ocoee

Lots of space for a family with two athletes. Wished for functioning gate code for community pool, dish towels (noted in previously posted review) and patio furniture. Loved the Temperpedic mattress in the master bedroom! Food containers would be a plus.

could not have booked a better situation. Good location for our family gathering and pleasant surroundings. Enjoyed the community pool. Property manager very responsive when we had questions about a process or need. One request: Buy a Keurig coffee maker. Easier for short term users to buy coffee for that and not make a mess.

Very nice structure, lots of issues

This is a very nice, clean, modern duplex. It has three bedrooms, each with a queen bed and a bathroom. However it is very sparsely furnished. The sofa in the living room which can seat three people is the only seating in the living room. It was Super Bowl Sunday, so we had to pull dining room chairs in for the five of us to able to view the game. Beds each had four pillows covered by decorative shams. There were no pillowcases on the pillows when we removed the shams and none stored with the linens. Also, there were no extra blankets. When five adults share a home, not all are able to sleep comfortably without blankets. There was only one hairdryer for all of us to share, making the morning a little hectic. The dining room table had only four chairs. There was a small hightop table with two uncomfortable chairs in another area, The kitchen had no towels, just nonaborbing dishcloths, so paper towels were needed to dry dishes. And lastly be very aware of this issue. The departure time is listed as 11:00am, We had loaded the car by 11 and were doing a last walk-through of the property when we heard the garage door going down. (There is a garage door opener) Our new Tahoe was in the garage with the back lift gate up. The garage door came down on it scuffing the lift gate. They apparently have the door set to go down automatically at checkout time. I have emailed the owner about this and gotten no response. Will follow-up here if possible.
