I booked this location more than a week before my flight. When I landed in Jamaica, I reached out to management to enquire about possibly extending my stay when I was told that they did not have my reservation. Payment was submitted in full, I’m back in NY and still have not received my refund that they said they processed. Can you imagine my disappointment and disbelief after landing in a country I know very little about only to be left to find another place to stay? Never even offered suggestions about other places to try or anything else. As soon as they canceled my reservation the listing became available again. Very disrespectful. I’m disappointed because I know Jamaicans to be hospitable people.
