The suite is not what it appears in the pictures. Poor condition and unclean. Actually, moved to another location and was refunded the full amount with the exception of the one night. We had no choice to stay as we had no option due to arrival time, needing to connect with the host and with VRBO. Such situations creates chaos and can leave people in poor circumstance. It's difficult to get in touch with an actual human to talk too, and It takes days for the refund from VRBO. You then have to arrange and pay for new accommodations which most people don't have the extra money for, especially if your there for a couple weeks. I'm not a picky individual, I have been to Jamaica several times and have stayed in All inclusives, in the country side, in Kingston, Mobay to Negril. Ochi is my favorite but this suite was very disappointing. Bugs on pillows, stained yellow pillows, floor dirty, unswept, no hot water, curtains stained yellow, bedding was wet due to windows being left opened, the smell was bad and my husband actually became ill with cough and sore throat. Videos and pics were taken and sent to VRBO who determined that a refunded would be given. Although the process was disappointing and frustrating there was one person at VRBO that actually cared and finally assisted us with what needed to happen.
