THE VIEW
Welcome to beautiful E210 - Starfish Studio a stunning luxury condo located at the front of the highrise building overlooking the ocean and pier in North Coast Village. From its lofted front-row view, Starfish Studio has amazing ocean views throughout the condo and patio. You can fall asleep and wake to the sounds of the soothing ocean surf every day and night. An extra window has been added next to the king bed, to allow for extra light and ocean views in the condo.

KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen features beautiful quartz countertops and custom cabinetry. The cabinets also come fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to create any of your favorite vacation foods right from the comfort of your own condo. Enjoy meals at the two bar spots at the kitchen counter or dine outside at the bar on the patio.

LIVING AREAS
The living room features a comfortable sofa, leather chairs, and large flat-screen cable TV that you can use to watch the cable TV with 250+ channels. High-speed cable internet is also included free of charge. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - the living room has a custom stone fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment.

The bathroom features a custom Travertine walk-in shower with a corner bench.

SLEEPING
E210 sleeps a maximum of 2 persons. Enjoy a comfortable king-size bed where you can be lulled to sleep by the waves.

-This unit comes with 1 assigned parking space in the garage underneath the building.

-E210 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including boogie boards (2), beach towels (4), sand toys, beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. (2).

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

E210 is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor, built directly on the sand and just steps to the beach.
