The kitchen and living room area have all the amenities you need to enjoy beach-style living. The living room has a pool table and coffee nook to savor your morning coffee. Washer and dryer are in the unit. Both bedrooms feature queen-size beds. The home is well-decorated to accommodate a Southern California theme. Plenty of storage in the bedroom closets. The rooftop lounge has a seating/dining area as well as a double sun lounger to take in the ocean views and sunsets. Great Place

Highly recommend this home. Clean, updated, and just overall very nice place. The only thing anybody should know is that to get to the front door you must climb about 5 steps so you need to be able to climb steps. Lovely home!

Excellent Oceanside Stay

The house has the most amazing kitchen and beautifully styled home for entertaining while in home. The location is close to stores and the beach is only 10 min away. So many things to do in area. The house has a nice rooftop lounge area with view of ocean, so nice to be there for a drink and breeze. Definitely a perfect place to get a way in Oceanside.

Nice House

We stayed at Beachtown Bella for two weeks. The home was clean and comfortable. It worked out very nicely for us because we have two older dogs. During the day there are times when there’s lots of street noise. It wasn’t a problem at night. That was the only negative. We would definitely stay here again with our two dogs.
