"I was under the impression that we would have an in suite bathroom, but that was not the case. A minor inconvenience. The room was comfortable, with a nice view of the river. Breakfast was simple, but if you want a hot breakfast, there is a cafe called The Roost right next door. It was a nice, relaxing weekend. If we go again, I will be sure the confirm that the room is self contained."

"We took my mother-in-law to the beach for a few days, and this house was perfect!! There is a bedroom and both bathrooms on the first floor, so she didn't have to use the stairs. The view from the front windows is absolutely amazing, and she LOVED sitting in the chair there and watching the waves! The beach is just a short walk away. "We had a family reunion and the seven of us thoroughly enjoyed this gorgeous home and everything it has to offer. The house is very beautiful, comfortable and spotlessly clean. It is very well equipped with everything you may need for either a short or a long stay, and it boasts stunning views from every window. During our stay the weather was pleasant and warm, so we were able to enjoy the beach and explore the tide pools. We cooked all of our meals in the kitchen which was very well stocked with spices, condiments, cooking oils, and all the gadgets you may need. Soaking in a (working!) hot tub on the deck while watching the sunset was a real treat; check-in and check-out process was a breeze. I would also like to thank the owners for all the little touches, like coffee beans in the freezer, a welcome basket with a bottle of wine and other goodies. It really does make a difference!"
