Enjoy your next vacation in this lovely 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome, nestled in the charming Tidewaters Community - 1.7 miles from the Bethany Beach boardwalk. Perfectly located, away from the hustle of the main road, but close enough to great restaurants and beach attractions.

Park your car and catch the Bethany Trolley*, take a dip in the community pool**, just steps away from the property. Relax in the living room with 65" television, or in the screened-in porch for that fresh coastal air. A grill is also available for guests' use. There is a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of seating at the kitchen table or kitchen island. A washer and dryer are located on the ground floor. The garage is available for guest use and comes with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, bicycles, and other items guests can use.

Guest Room 2 Includes: Queen-size bed, ceiling fan, and a 43in TV

Guest Room 4 Includes: Full-sized bunk bed, ceiling fan, and 43in TV. Top bunk is intended for children only. (Weight limit of 250 lbs)

There are plenty of great memories to be made in this wonderful home! Take advantage of the off-season rates at this home as well!
As per HOA regulations, only 3 cars are permitted to park at the property, 2 in the driveway and 1 directly behind the cars in the driveway. A parking pass will be given for the car parked behind the other 2.

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.

**To finalize the reservation, a lease agreement must be signed. You will be contacted by a property manager rental agent to go over the details.**
*Bethany Trolley is run by the town of Bethany Beach and may or may not be in use during the season, as the town's discretion.
**Access to the community pool is subject to change as per the HOA's decision.

This property is beautiful! in a quaint little neighborhood. It had all the beach essentials, save room in your trunk and don't worry about the beach gear, they have it!! The house was so clean and equipped with everything we needed. We loved the screened porch area and grill area. The end unit is nice to have as well. The pool was amazing, saltwater and not busy at all. We hope to come back every year :)

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was amazing, clean, well supplied, and in a great location. We utilized the Bethany Beach trolley which was only a few blocks away and enjoyed the on-site pool. We are already discussing another visit.

Wonderful Experience

We go on family vacation every year and this place was probably the cleanest house we’ve ever rented. It was in a great location, very short drive to the beach and the neighborhood was quiet. Check-in was fast and they were all very helpful. The only downside was the pool. It was a big reason we rented this specific house, but the pool was very small and wasn’t well maintained. It was green from algae and was unusable most of our week. (This is obviously not 1st Choices fault - but the communities). We also rented toward the end of the season, so I am unsure if you would get a different experience during peak season. Overall, a great place to rent. I would highly recommend.

Home Away From Home

This home was perfectly located and beautifully appointed! We had everything we needed for our stay; the owners have truly thought of everything. One of our favorite features was the screened-in porch! It was perfect for relaxing. The pool was also a favorite of both the adults and children in my family. We would absolutely recommend this home and can’t wait to return!

Ocean View Hidden Gem

We had a fantastic stay at Bluefin Ct. Loved the location of the property (end unit furthest from the road) and the amenities within the small community (pool). Being just outside of Bethany Beach it was a perfect location to hit the town (1.3 miles) and also the grocery store (less than 1 mile).

Lovely unit so clean and beautiful great location

Excellent property great location away from chaos of beach area but close enough too. Property was stocked with everything we could have needed . Such a lovely and nicely decorated place. Property mgmt also very responsive . Nice walk and bike trails nearby . Just a great time

Terrific townhouse

From the moment of walking in the front door we were all so pleased with this rental. The owners have great taste and everything is updated and stylish. There wasn't anything we felt like we were missing. We especially enjoyed the back patio, the generously stocked garage, and the blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Great place, we would totally consider renting again next year!

Extended Memorial Day Weekend Getaway

Great rental in a great location! Definitely felt like a home away from home. Very clean home and well stocked kitchen and many options of game boards for rainy days. Pool was only steps away from the house which made it very convenient with children. Great communication with property manager to resolve any issue from late check in to questions/concerns about the property. Definitely would stay again!

Perfect for what we needed

We booked this house after deciding very last minute to attempt a vacation during Covid. The house was fully stocked with everting you could need. It was also one of the only places that allowed us to not book a full week. I searched based on wanting the option of a pool. It wasn’t until we arrived that we learned that the pool was closed so that was a bummer. We would definitely consider renting this home again in the future.

Great townhome in a convenient location

This townhome is pretty new and very well appointed. Furniture is in great shape and comfortable. Kitchen is very well stocked w utensils and cooking tools. Very convenient to downtown Bethany, shopping, and restaurants.
