The Bear Trap Dunes community is filled with excellent amenities that guests may use after purchasing passes. These amenities include outdoor and indoor pools, hot tub, sauna, indoor showers adjacent to pools, six Har-Tru tennis courts, basketball courts, ping pong, and a well-appointed fitness center. Also available is an onsite restaurant, The Den, and 2 playgrounds. This home is just minutes from downtown Bethany Beach and Boardwalk, with shops and great restaurants! Rounds of golf may be purchased through the Bear Trap Dunes Pro Shop (driving range and putting greens also available) and to access amenities, renters may purchase passes at the prevailing rate established by the association. These passes may be purchased up to the allotted housing limit by accessing the website or purchasing at the Pavilion (located inside Bear Trap Dunes) during normal operating hours. Children under the age of 4 do not require a pass.

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.
