Welcome to your next retreat in the lovely Bear Trap Dunes Golf community! This beautifully designed 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath townhome offers a comfortable and inviting space for groups. Conveniently located just a short stroll from the community's top-notch amenities, this home is perfectly situated for relaxation and recreation.

Enjoy friendly competition with a table tennis and foosball table, plus a cozy bedroom and full bathroom off of the game room located on the lower level.
Relax in the bright and open living area, prepare meals in the well equipped kitchen, and gather around the dining table for memorable meals. The main floor also features a bedroom with a private bath.
The top level of this home hosts two spacious bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy for everyone.

Book your stay today! This neighborhood is just minutes from the beach and offers an outdoor pool, clubhouse with a fitness center, sauna, game room, tennis courts, basketball court, indoor pool, playground, and a shuttle service to the beach from different stops throughout the community. Golf may be purchased through the Pro Shop. To access amenities renters may purchase passes at the prevailing rate established by the association. Passes may be purchased up to the allotted housing limit by accessing the website or purchasing at the Pavilion during normal operating hours. Children under the age of 4 do not require a pass.

Guests may enjoy the patio through the back entrance along with a gas grill. Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.

**To finalize the reservation, a lease agreement must be signed. You will be contacted by a property manager rental agent to go over the details.**

What I would want if I owned my own beach house

Big bedrooms, lots of separate space for each daughter’s families. Just little things that I took notice to: kitchen well equipped, each bedroom has it own en-suite, downstairs, perfect play space for kids, Keurig & regular coffee pot, nice pantry for food, love, love the linen & towels being provided. We use the pool, playground, pickleball court, & golf course. Safe place for kids to ride bikes. Garage was great for storing beach stuff, outside hose to rinse sand off beach toys. Overall. We have a great week & the house met all expectations. We typically rent closer to the beach, but having the pool was a great option.

Nice place to visit the Delaware shore

The townhome is in a great location (close to groceries and restaurants ) if you don’t mind being a 10 to 15 minute ride from the beach. Within the community it is a two minute walk to the pool and to the golf course. It was easy to access and the owner was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. It is clearly listed that you must bring your own linens, so be aware that there are no hand towels or mats for the floor by the showers/tubs, so you must bring everything with you. Also, there are few starter supplies (like toilet paper, paper towels or trash bags). You must bring everything you need with you or go to the nearby grocery as soon as you arrive. Overall, it was a very nice place and reasonably priced for the area.

Bear Trap Vacation

The owner was a great communicator and the check in and out was a breeze. The accommodations for our entire family couldn’t have been better. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Traveling with golf enthusiasts, the location to their favorite course was paramount!

Excellent vacation rental

We enjoyed every minute of our family vacation here. The place is very clean, plenty of storage, and kitchen well equipped. It's close to the pavilion, which was great. Even though the fee to use the facilities is expensive, it was worth the price since we used it every day. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Not far from Fenwick State Park, which we really liked the beach there. Beautiful home, would definitely rent this place again!

Pleasant Experience

From check-in to departure a very enjoyable vacation! The "small" community environment was a nice touch, and the owner was very accommodating. We have vacationed at Bethany for many years, but this was the best rental & perfect for our growing family.

Perfect home, amenities and location.

First time staying at Bear Trap Dunes, and it was absolutely beautiful. The home is close to the main pavilion where the pools and fitness center are, there's plenty of parking and the location is convenient for shopping and the beach! The home itself was lovely. The kitchen was fully equipped, bedrooms were spacious with plenty of closets, and the game room was perfect for the kids. This property exceeded our expectations... whether you want to head to the beach for the day or lounge around the pool...you will not disappointed.

Great Location

This property was great and the amenities it provides. The kids loved going to the pool in the evening. Having the shuttle was great, so we did not have to take multiple vehicles to the beach. We were about 30 minutes from Gordon’s Pond State Park which was great. The house was stocked with plenty of kitchen supplies. We enjoyed some games of ping pong :).. overall, it was a great experience.

Labor Day Weekend Vacation

We had a great time here! We had 5 little kids and the location to the pool was perfect it really made for a great stay! We were having issues with the fridge I reached out to Richard and he responded immediately! We would definitely go back again!

Great Location!

Having spent at least a dozen weeks in Bear Trap over the past 15 years, this home is very nice for many reasons: LOCATION - proximity to the main pool, fitness center, shuttle, golf, clubhouse (all a 2 minute walk at most); PARKING - it backs up to the main lot, so there is NEVER an issue with parking; HOME - the home is as advertised. Essentialy 3 master suites (1 with a King, 1 with two Queens, 1 with a single Queen) and a bedroom in the basement with 2 beds, perfect for kids. A fully stocked kitchen. A garage to keep your stuff or enjoy RIch's basketball game. This was the year of COVID-19, so the back pool wasn't open for renters, the shuttle wasn't running, and unfortunately, there was a flood at the main pool/pool house the first few days. None of this was under RIch's control - and he communicated everything with me, literally everything that was shared with him! I appreciated that, being informed in advance - no surprises upon arrival. Overall, this was a very nice place and I'd rent there again if Rich would have me/us.
