"Our experience could not have been better. We had four different households in one house and no one tripped over each other. We particularly love the idea that there were three tables. Jigsaw puzzles were a big hit since it rained two of the days the whole family had a wonderful time, including the dog we would come back in a heartbeat."

"We had a wonderful stay at this home. It was very clean, well stocked with everything we needed, and located in a quiet, private neighborhood while still being close to great restaurants and the beach. Communication with the host was smooth and helpful throughout our stay. We look forward to staying here again next summer!"

"This property is conveniently located, generally well maintained, and well equipped. My wife and I enjoyed a week long Delaware shore vacation at this condo. PLEASE NOTE - there no broadcast or cable service. The Internet connection is unstable and unreliable. If these are amenities you need, look elsewhere."

"From the moment you walk into the home you feel the welcoming beach charm! The homeowners even leave you a fun filled bag of goodies that my children were so excited to see. The home is very spacious and spotless clean. The neighbor was very inviting as well. The host responds to any questions or concerns at any time. The Welcome book gave us the best recommendation for Crabcake, Woodys in Dewey! The house had so much seating with 3 separate seating areas, the bedrooms were extremely spacious, my children loved the bunk bed area and it's so genius to include a queen bed in the same room my husband and I absolutely loved that! Our children also enjoyed the educational toys. The garage was filled with sooo many bikes for all ages, fishing gear and so many beach chairs and toys it was packed with absolutely everything you would need! There was a pool which was a short walk, which was closed for the season but hoping next time we return we definitely can use it. The home is located close to everything you need to get to. Our family truly enjoyed every part of this house, my husband loved every aspect of the screened in porch to drink his morning coffee, our family also loved that the outdoor shower had a roof not your typical open air one it's the little things lol, all I can say is I highly recommend this home and we will definitely be back! You will not be disappointed :)"

"Dawn and Gary's lovely place was a terrific find. Located in a very quiet, residential neighborhood, it was everything we want in a beach getaway. There were lots of helpful amenities, plenty of room and it was very accessible to all the beach things we are in the habit of doing (sunbathing, eating, exploring and basically just chilling out). We hope to return next time we are there, maybe even for two weeks. We definitely give it two thumbs up. Denise and Mark"
