Enjoy a family-friendly vacation in this sunny condo! Bayfront views come easy on the private deck, and natural light is a constant visitor indoors. Relax in the central air conditioning with a DVD from the provided library or one of the provided board games. The full kitchen features an eat-in dining area and a diner-style window for setting dishes out to the second dining area. In addition to the amenities at the condo, guests can enjoy access to the shared pool, tennis court, and basketball court during their stay.

Bedrooms at this home each have their own style, so you'll have fun deciding who gets which one! The first bedroom is just past the kitchen to the left - it features extra seating, a flatscreen TV, and a full bathroom (with a shower/tub combination) is just next door. Past the living room, the second bedroom features a flatscreen TV and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Head up the stairs and to the left to find the third bedroom. This bedroom features a fullscreen TV and a private entrance to a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. This bathroom connects to the fourth and final bedroom, a sun-filled room that features a partial bay view.

We would definitely stay here again. Our condo was on the 3rd floor and the balcony had a beautiful view. It made the 3 flights of steps worth it. The pool was spacious and our grandchildren loved it.

This was a weekend trip for my family and friends to celebrate my birthday. The accommodations are comfortable and modest. There were a lot of things to do nearby. We especially enjoyed the balcony. On our first night, there was a beautiful breeze coming from the water and it was spectacular. The second night we had my birthday dinner and we all were out on the balcony when a pod of dolphins came by to play. It was a full moon and we could see them frolicking in the water and we could also hear them. Having my friends and family with me on such a special occasion and having the dolphins come to wish me a happy birthday gave me so much joy. We did have a couple of minor things wrong. We did not have a plate for the microwave and we cannot use a dish out of the cabinet since none of them are microwave safe. We let management know and they did have one overnighted to us. We also did not have a remote for the Roku TV in the master bedroom downstairs. I notified them of that, and they informed me that it was not an emergency and they would not be able to accommodate us with another one. It was kind of a bummer because I do like watching TV before bed, and everyone else was monopolizing the TVs. Other than that everything else was perfect. We had an amazing time in the rental, and it had everything that we needed to cook and there were plenty of toiletries available as well. We also took a boat trip and our friends were able to pick us up on their boat by using the kayak dock that is near the condominiums. That was very convenient because otherwise we would’ve had to drive over 30 minutes to where my friends boat was docked. This place is spectacular and affordable!! We look forward to returning next year!

The area, scenery, neighbors and pool were amazing. We did expierence some inconviences with the property though. When we arrived we found a sizable hole in the wall by the kitchen. There were dirty dishes and laundry left behind foe us to finish. There were no ammenites such as toilet paper, garbage bags exc. We left some behind for the next guest. Our wifi was out for 3 days someone did come fix it. It was inconvienent to have to visit the vacasa office to pick up and drop off swim passes, would be more convienent to just leave them at the residence. Not sure if I would use or recomend Vacasa honestly.

Great pool and air conditioning. If was great for our family of 6. The stairs to the upstairs were dangerous for little kids so we had to do some adjusting as far as bedrooms.

Great view of the Bay & Bridge. A little out of the way but comfortable, clean, reasonably priced. Being out of the way allowed for some nice recovery bike rides.

The home is well appointed and comfortable with gorgeous views of White Creek. The only drawback is check-in and check-out which must be done at the Vacasa Office near Sea Colony and which is about a 20 min. drive from the home. The rental would be perfect if there were a lock box!

The apartment was great, clean and nice with a wonderful view of the bay. We can highly recommend it. The check in and out office was over a 20 min drive away so back and forth it added nearly an hour both ways when we arrived and when we left. With a simple key box we would not have had to take that time to get and give back the key. The staff at the Vacasa office could have been a little bit more service minded and nice.

This condo was very clean well appointed with everything you’d need. The views are spectacular and the community is very nice. We enjoyed the pool, golfing and watching the 4th of July fireworks over the bay!

There was zero storage for food. The pantry cabinets were locked and all of our dry food had to be stored on the floor. Also the AC in the upstairs was terrible. Even with fans on it was so hot or young daughter got sick during the night from the heat. Pretty disappointed with our stay with Vacasa.
