Welcome to 38157 Greenport Lane in the town of Ocean View. This dog friendly townhome is located in the community of South Hampton and has 4 bedrooms and large den less than 2 miles to the sand. This family friendly home has multiple sitting areas, large deck and an outside shower. Main floor has one bedroom , full bath, den (game room/bunkbeds) and laundry. Main floor has powder room, kitchen, dining, two sitting areas and large deck. Top floor has 3 bedrooms, one is a suite and an additional full bath. Game room with additional sleeping on the ground floor. No smoking.

Very Nice

We loved the place. Beds were comfortable. The teens loved the game room. Only suggestion would be to have a better equipped kitchen for example, no chefs knife for cutting or large pots for cooking for a family. Very clean we would stay again!

Great place

Overall a very nice place. 2 of the bedrooms a little small, listing incorrect as one of the queen beds listed was actually a full sized. We found things like a bar of soap left in shower and trash under beds & furniture so we were concerned if cleaning was thoroughly done.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great location to the DE State Beaches. Located 15-20 minutes to almost everything you need. Bethany, Rehoboth, Dewy. Restaurants. It was nice. The only thing that occurred was that the Trash and recycling were never collected. Wilgus tried to manage the problem, but by the time I looped them in our vacation was almost over. The concierge trash collection was awful. They left all the garbage. It was over flowing and the flies were something terrible. Otherwise, it was a great house and location. Would have rented it again.

The kids loved the game/ bunk room 🙂 When we arrived, we noticed there wasn't a regular coffee pot. So we called the rental office and they had a coffee pot for us☕... We love our coffee. We used the pool and the tennis courts. Family Fun😎

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was absolutely fantastic. The tennis court and pool were things my wife and children enjoyed very much. Lots of room on each floor. Very close to beaches as well. Would definitely do again!The only issue was, we didn't know what to do with the trash cans afterwards. We also didn't know how to pick up the key, but my wife figured it out after calling several numbers. The after hours number didn't start until 5pm, and it was 4pm. The person was sure to let us know that we shouldn't be calling that number yet. . But she was very helpful regardless. Everyone in the office left early.
