The Atlantic Ocean and a broad stretch of sand are mere steps away from this comfortable, light-filled condo in Ocean Isle Beach. This is a place to spend your days surfing, beachcombing, boogie boarding, and lounging in the sun by the community pool.

This condo is located in an oceanfront complex with grounds that include a beachfront swimming pool, an outdoor shower, and a boardwalk that crosses the dunes to the beach. The center of town is just a mile up the coast, while a number of world-class golf courses are a short drive across the Intracoastal Waterway.

Stroll home from the beach in the afternoon, leave your towels in the care of the washer/dryer by the door, and step out onto the shaded balcony to relax and unwind. This is a lovely spot for morning coffee, alfresco evening meals, and everything in between.

The interior is full of sunlight, with central air and complimentary WiFi provided throughout. Enjoy an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an adjacent dining room table, and a living room with a TV for after-dinner movies. Streaming is available, as well as cable through Focus Broadband. There are TVs in the bedrooms as well, each of which is paired with its own full bathroom.

We had a decent weekend getaway e en though the weather was not great. The property was clean and comfortable. It would have been nice to be able to smoke cigars on the deck but other than that it was a nice place to stay.

This place was perfect for our family of four, especially with 2 bathrooms! The condo was clean and tidy. The kitchen had all new appliances and was stocked with cooking and eating utensils. We loved that there were TVs in the bedrooms in case you wanted some privacy. Location was perfect!

The property was the perfect size for two people. The master bathroom was tiny, but with only two of us it wasn't a problem. We appreciated the abundance of towels...The balcony was the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee and watch the sunrise over the ocean.

Everything was fine Couple after noon's weather but staying at OIB after about 40-plus years ( yes We remember the tidal bridge) we can take it. On the bad side all these keyboard locks are a pain for old people. Thanks for asking first time ever.

Cozy and Close to the Beach

This property is comfy and incredibly close to the beach. We had a few issues with the smart range and the Chromecasts but nothing major. The only real suggestion I could offer would be that it would have been nice to have a dedicated recycling bin in the unit. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely use this property again.

This was a very cozy place for 3 adults and a small dog. Loved that it was close to the handicap accessible ramp for rolling our wagon and cooler out to the beach. The only problem we had was the oven did not work; however, when I called to report it, the property manager sent someone to fix it the next day. We would go back here again!

I have never been to the Ocean so it was great , we were going to bring our small dog , but left him home with a good friend . My brother lives near by too . The best part was meeting the cat with the name tag THANK YOU , it followed us all around so it made it easier for us because we left our pet home , we had our anniversary Dec 12th 53 years ! Nice condo near wedding venue

This condo turned out to be a perfect location within walking distance of a wedding venue. We could reach the location within five minutes either via the beach or sidewalk. The condo was furnished with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, was very clean upon arrival, and offered a view of the ocean from its porch as well as quick access to the beach. The Vacasa staff sent texts and emails to check in with us and make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We did not have to contact them about any concerns but appreciated receiving the follow up.

Terrible Experience

Checked in to a unit with no running water. Twenty-four hours later still no running water. No working toilet, no shower, no washing clothes or dishes. Tried multiple times to call vacasa's local office and national number to inform them we were checking out and request a refund only to be told multiple times,sorry you have no water but no refunds. Apparently the unit owner was aware the water was going to be shut off but failed to take the listing down until the repair was complete. After many hours on the phone we were finally able to secure a refund. Poor communication and customer service from the unit owner and vscasa
